About this product

Product Information

Shin Kamikaze is a man-turned-god who must choose to save one friend and let another die in Awakened Fate: Ultimatum. Set in the same universe as The Guided Fate Paradox, the action finds gamers in the floating land of Celestia where they build bonds with the dual heroines Jupiel and Ariael, head off into dungeons to battle beasts and collect loot, and make difficult choices that have lasting effects on future events. Combat occurs in randomly generated dungeons, with Shin transforming into an angel or a devil to unleash ranged and melee attacks in turn-based battles.

Building bonds with Jupiel and Ariael earns Shin Crystal Points that can be used to upgrade abilities along two large skill trees and produce more powerful transformations in battle. As was the case with its predecessor, Ultimatum features some dungeon floors filled with enemies and traps, but others may contain a great deal of treasure, or a merchant with useful items for sale, so players are encouraged to keep exploring. However, gamers lose all of their un-stored loot when they die, so proceeding with caution is also advisable.
