Gamers once again take on the role of the "retired" detective Hercule Poirot as he searches for hidden objects and uncovers clues to solve a string of apparent attempted murders in Agatha Christie: Peril at End House. Magdala "Nick" Buckley, the owner of a mansion known as End House, has recently escaped a number of mysterious accidents, from narrowly avoiding falling boulders to dealing with faulty car brakes, and Poirot soon determines that foul play is involved. Gamers must guide the diminutive detective through 13 different investigations, each composed of about five locations set in and around the mansion. There are dozens of clues to uncover in each room, and at the end of every investigation players must complete mini-game puzzles to shed extra light on the mystery.
