About this product

Product Information

This book is a discussion of the work being done in the quest to obtain a Theory Of Everything. An acceptable theory of everything (T.O.E.) is the ultimate goal of most cosmologists and physicists. A theory of everything would explain all observational data by unifying all of the 4 kwn fundamental forces into one verifiable and validated theory. This would then become kwn as The Law of Everything. Grand Unification Theory was a major step towards this goal by unifying the weak, strong and electromagnetic forces in one model. A T.O.E would complete the process by unifying the gravitational force with the other 3 forces mentioned above. The testing of hypotheses alone deals with time scales on the order of 10 DEGREES-12 seconds, length on the order of 10 DEGREES-35 meters and temperatures approaching 10 DEGREES32 Kelvin. Most of the testing is done at The Large Hadron Collider at CERN in Switerland. The discovery of the Higgs Boson was one major step in this direction. Most T.O.E.'s tend toward the use of String Theory at the time of this publication. One thing to kw, if we take into regard the lessons of history, is that a T.O.E. will t be the end of the questions regarding the universe but it will open doors that have previously gone unentered. The applications of such a theory remains to be seen. This book is designed to be a reference and provide an overview of the topic and give the reader a structured kwledge to familiarize yourself with the topic at the most affordable price possible. The accuracy and kwledge is of an international viewpoint as the edited articles represent the inputs of many kwledgeable individuals and some of the most current kwledge on the topic, based on the date of publ
