I had high hopes from the description. I charged it overnight on my camcorder with the original charger - this method has worked best for me in the past with my other batteries.
The next day, the camera reported a partial charge with 172 minutes of recording available. I charged it another day, but this was unchanged. The seller sent me another battery, but unfortunately it charged to the same level. I chose to just accept that I would have to switch batteries if I did a longer recording.
