I ordered an item listed as NEW. When I got the package the item was clearly opened at one point, the styrofoam was broken, the retail box was completely trashed and even missing flaps. Keep in mind this was a collector's item listed "New/Unopened" and when I contacted the seller to try to return the item, the seller tried to force me to keep it. They refused the return request. Fortunately eBay sided with me and allowed the return. Stay far away from this seller if you value customer service.
