works very well for 1/8th inch mini jack cables but for 1/4 inch jack cables many will not fit in the slots ,same issue with midi cables. I like it a lot but would love to see a variant made with slightly wider slots. Item was shipped fast so overall happy with the transaction. An attached threaded flange for 5/8th 27 would also be a nice improvement as not to require double nutting the plate to mount it.
