I noticed this item didn't come in the estimated time frame so I contacted the seller and they replied very quickly and professionally. They explained the issue - they found the item was not up to proper standards so didn't want to ship it. They gave me the option of it coming later, or a refund. I chose the refund solely for the reason that I needed it at a specific time for a specific event. They were very reasonable and nice about my choice and I greatly appreciated that.

Shirt came here right when it was expected. I used it for a character over this past weekend. The color was excellent, the fit was also excellent, it felt good when wearing it and I especially liked how to sleeve ties could be used in both a fully sleeve down position and as a way to keep the sleeves rolled up. I'd certainly look to here again if I needed something similar
