Battery does last long . As bad as the one being replaced, must be very old , no new product packaging

Seller reached out and is sending replacement which is fully tested and I am happy to send the first battery back.

Customer was sent a replacement battery right away and returned the other battery.
The returned battery was working perfectly and we found that customer made a mistake and was problem with the phone software as once phone was reset it worked perfectly.
Please make sure to message first if any issues before sending a negative feedback as now we cant remove the feedback even thou customer was at fault.
