USPS says they did; tracking 9400108205499508249021. I don't know what we can do about it - I told you to check with your local post office or neighbors. You said you don't want to. Insurance would not cover the cost because they say they delivered. Sure, take it out on the seller - like this is all our fault? We sent the package the next day, and you know it from tracking. I am sorry about your experience. We have nothing to do with your problem, so we can't fix it. Good luck to you.
