Bugle sadly arrived (jammed tuning slide mechanism, jammed mouthpiece & a containing sawdust). House of Scottland were EXEMPLARY in responding to my return request and refunding me for the item. It's when things go wrong that you get the true measure of a seller and I would highly recommend House of Scotland and look forward to purchasing another lovely item from them in the future. My issue was with quality of an individual item ie with the manufacture and not sales or delivery.
