Contactors MOSTLY as described. "A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging" is NOT accurate since these were units with "swapped out" coils. Contactors originally had 24V coils instead of the 120V coils they had been changed to. Wasn't expecting this based on listing picture and description. But 120V coils is what we wanted and (upon taking contactors apart to check coil voltage), they still appear New
