Item us as described and fully functional. Arrived fast. Was in decent condition. Buckle fastener loop was a bit more worn than image shown and was described. But honestly the worst part was how bad the item reeked. It's not from a smoking environment, however it does have a terrible musk. Had to spray with Lysol and soak in warm soapy water twice overnight to remove the stench. The item survived just fine, so if you can deal with that, the item will be just fine.
