Item was marked as new. It was not only used, it was clearly so (dents, scratches, screw marks etc). Thankfully got a full refund, but I would not recommend this seller, as marking such a thing as "new" and selling it for 4-6 times the going rate for a used item of the same condition is deceptive to say the least.
