I was told to wait it out a little bit longer and that the package was still in transit. I waited until the 16th, I reached back out to the seller again requesting some sort of an update Again, I was told that they are awaiting a response from USPS and to wait it out a little longer. 4/24. Nothing. I requested a refund. No response. Now 4/25. Poor customer service. Case open
