Arrived quickly, was sealed and seemed to be perfect. But when I opened it it was almost completely dry. After checking my purchase history it turned out I bought the last one, so it was lying in the store house for ages and was probably long after the best before date...

This item was new and sealed - confirmed by the buyer. I have sold 100s of these and had no issues. This particular colour I only stocked beginning of 2023 so should be still in date. I only buy from UK wholesalers to ensure items are new and genuine. NO CONTACT received from this buyer at all, then just neutral feedback. I cannot help if I am not made aware of any issues. I always try to help and resolve any issues. POOR EBAYER!
