Item description omitted critical info. PC monitor had dim display only visible in an almost dark room - not usable. I found a svc manual, disassembled it, and aligned the tube to fix it. Seller knew/was not interested in the issue, "Good luck with the sent up. I hope it works out." Only after it worked did they offer a "full refund" - if I paid the return shipping.
Recommend buyers ask enough detailed questions to validate item descriptions and uncover any "omissions". Check shipping amount
