Never got the package. I was never emailed saying it was delayed. They refunded my money, but only after I complained. I don't think they sent it or even had the product.

It is unfortunate that the package had never arrived. We refunded the money to you right away, and we also sent a message explaining that it was clear from the tracking that it is lost. Tracking shows it stuck in the middle, and sadly we do not have the part either. We ship over 30 packages a day, same or next day. This package shipped on time, but it was delayed in transit. The PO does not notify us, and we cannot check so many tracking numbers every day. It sucks, but we guarantee our orders.
