The first thing that happened when purchasing an item from this seller was that the product did not correspond to the photos in the picture, namely, there were no holes for attaching the touch panel, which are necessary to install the panel in place. The second thing that happened after describing the problem to the seller was that he did not react or answer the question. In addition, the seller's product descriptions do not allow returns or e

Power track came as pictured, brand new in JLG packaging. Do be aware it’s not the most fun component to replace on a 1230es but it can be done without disassembly of the mast sections as described in the service manual. Having a forklift available to lift the unit up to disconnect the two lower clams on the harness is certainly helpful. Happy with my purchase, new power track is now installed and works as designed.
