Shipped April 3rd. It is now April 18th. FIFTEEN days later. No shipping updates since April 11th. Seller flat-out REFUSES to send a replacement stating, 'Sending a 2nd item doesn't seem to change anything, we've learned that." Excuse me, it would help ME get what I paid for! Seller also refused to contact USPS to trace the item or to initiate a claim and just stated, "We've had a huge amount of delays throughout March." Umm...it is almost MAY and I paid for this on MARCH 27TH. Terrible service.

We have delays Since March and learned that the Postal Service has a new system, and delays are not unique for us, but includes everyone and every seller that uses USPS. We learned that sending a 2nd package doesn't change anything, just following another delayed path. We offered the customer either to wait more or get a refund. Sorry for the trouble on behalf of the USPS.
