Received shirt but was not contacted to let me know that the other shirt I ordered was out of stock. I was charged for both and the tracking for both was initiated. I got a refund in the end but it was only because I pursued it. Please do better with your customers. Our money and time is valuable. If you are out of stock then please contact & offer a refund or a exchange. Don’t just track and send a package with missing contents only to have your customer do all of your work to get their refund.

Bought 2 shirts & Only one arrived. Contacted seller “myself” to see why the other shirt was not shipped as well. I hoped it was coming in a separate shipment but my tracking confirmed it had been delivered. Told seller only 1 shirt was in the order. The seller said they were out of the missing shirt & issued a refund. Am I missing something here? Had I not said anything, I would of just been charged for the shirt & never got a refund or exchange offer. This is not good business in my opinion.
