The item has TERRIBLE instructions, and one set of screws is actually too short and therefore a bit useless. However, the company selling this is second to none. They were extremely helpful with the issues I encountered, provided additional photos, and sent out part of the items made up. Once I had the correct parts, it was OK to put together and holds my 24 inch screens well. I recommend for anyone who works from home!
