This watch is missing the stem and crown and is not running. The dial has been poorly with scripts that are too faint- the 23 Jewels is correct as this one is a 17 Jewels movement and then underneath the winding rotor is marked "6 Additional Jewels".. This one has potential as a project watch so long as you have good dies for Universal Microtor dials and have parts and maybe a parts movement. The case is rather clean and does not show excessive wear- see full description and all photos below!”
