Paid 20.00 for a hat form that was useless. Bought all materials required ( another big expense) and hat could not be removed from the form, accept in pieces. Very disappointing. Total waste of money in my opinion.

Hello, It sounds like you used too much Glue. You want the glue only on the hat straw. Also you have to over lap it onto the previous piece of straw half way. When your gluing, Less is More. Did you use the right Glue? LIQUID STITCH? I would try again! "PRACTICE Makes Perfect".... Thanks Teresa
