Received a not compatible product due to lack of information. Returned as agreed by seller. Never got any update other than us sending email and sms multiple times. Spoke to the seller and stated that he’s on leave and will return on specific date but when contacted again still on leave. I’m not greedy about my refund, its just that there’s no reassurance or any update regarding their protocol when returning products. They just leave you hanging. Worst experience so far.
