The Leather is Distressed Calf Skin., so you will see natural scuffing, and scratches from use on the outside of the leather and underside and top side of flats as well as inside where the soft grey leather is. Please understand is part of the characteristics of the soft leather and also being distressed which continues to make this bag beautiful . The hardware is antiqued. The bottom of the bag has a crease this is normal as this bag was shipped from Chanel not stuffed and folded the calf skin has scratches throughout as this is a distress skinned product.”
