I can only say what my experience is once I receive the item. But till now, it has been nothing but unpleasant. And the seller will not give an update unless I reach out to him/her. This could be a better customer service. The customer can get an update on the item's movement regardless of tracking numbers. I have ordered other items after ordering via eBay from different platforms and have received the items the last order was from Hong Kong.
