This pair of boots was listed as New and I was expecting to get a pair that is New, meaning no visible wear and tear. However, the boots I received have several wear marks:
1: the ink print on inside is almost rubbed off and is not legible.
2: scratch marks on the front bottom of of the outsole.
3: the leather on the counter has visible wear and tear.
4: a crack on the side.
