We bought this set of casters assuming they fit the standard wire shelving upright 3/8" sockets used on most wire shelving but these have some other thread count and they will not thread into a standard 3/8" hole so they are worthless to me. The seller refuses to even consider taking them back and will not communicate with me on this. I had ot reason to anticipate these had an odd thread count so did not feel the need to return. Good business practice would dictate a return refund.
