The fact is: I got an infection after my open heart surgery, was in the hospital for 7 days, unable to contact customers. The ad clearly states a 7 day delay in shipping(health). She didn't try to contact me at all, but put in an ebay dispute raging that I was ripping her off, and strange accusations, so I felt bad and refunded her asap and told her I was sorry. Now she writes things that have zero truth. I apologized and I'm working as hard as I can, while recovering from heart bypass surgery!
