Shipping took three weeks, and to my shock when it arrived, there was ZERO EFFORT w/packaging. No protective packaging whatsoever-only a thin, poorly sealed black plastic bag. Cap arrived off the top of the bottle and shattered. Zero care for the customer. The item is as described, but for the shipping cost, I feel ripped off and disregarded as a customer. I will likely not buy again.
