    Product, as described, was packed/despatched promptly. However the whole experience was marred by the incompetence of the carrier (Evri) who made five attempts to deliver the package well after the drop-off shop (Newsgent) had closed for the night. Complaint lodged with Evri who responded after the package had been finally delivered.

    Only didn't give five stars because it was water damaged in transit despite very thorough packaging. The keyboard's condition was exactly as described otherwise. Returned the item with free postage and received an immediate refund. As often is the case, you don't find out how good somebody's service is until something goes wrong. This was a low-cost item but I still got great service. Thanks!

    issue with the delivery that wasnt down to the seller so i had to be refunded. Seller stepped up though and corrected the issue within the time frame without any hassle. Shame the delivery company let them down as the seller was great
