I contacted seller immediately about discrepancy & seller replied back with a response that either look around to find the "9th" or possible only 8 were available & I'd be offered a refund. There were also issues with 2 ink pads & after a 2nd reply from me I told Seller that I unwrapped, wiped clean & they are fine BUT that I'd appreciate a refund for the missing ink pad. No contact since 7-2-25
