    The big issue is that the seller FALSELY advertised free shipping. Claimed the free ship offer had passed, even though it was still advertised online. Once the purchase was complete, then a $20 shipping charge was added. Seller was unwilling to refund the $20, so instead sent a cheap bag to hold the item. In all our communication, seller never offered a refund. It is a knockoff and looks like it. It is pretty good, actually. Be wary of the "free" shipping claim, though. You can't trust it
