    Laptop sent about a week after order. When received, found drive size to be half (500GB instead of 1TB advertised) and partial RAM (24 instead of 32 advertised). Reported issue right away when received. Got acknowledgement on second attempt. Then got left hanging for a week until decided to process return order through ebay support. Once return was in motion, finally seller got interested in correcting issue.
