    Contacted seller B4 this feedback... did not respond. Product was listed as New, in unopened box, with all packing materials, etc. This product was NOT new, and was probably an open box when seller bought it. Outer packaging was damaged on delivery, inside the massager had no packaging, was not in plastic wrap, it has abrasions on both sides, it had crumbs and broken plastic pieces in the massage pockets. To represent as NEW, then list as 'No returns' is very shady. I will be contacting eBay.
