The picture showed a perfect looking box so I asked the seller to ship it in a box to ensure it wouldn’t get damaged during shipping. The seller shipped it in a bag so of course it arrived damaged. I was offered a $1 refund instead of being granted a return & she said “the item is completely fine & UPS is responsible”. So I had to get eBay CS involved & luckily they were quick to grant a return & automatically provided a return label.
