I tried to order again & asked for vendor to cover part of rush shipping since I was now out of product due to their shipping error. They seemed to agree but new order had me paying all of rush shipping. I decided to order with regular shipping instead. Vendor then delayed shipment for a week. When product arrived, the towelettes were dry, not wet as advertised. Vendor now refuses to give full refund.
