      The seller really went the extra mile on this one, the carrier took delivery of the package and gave it a tracking number, (this was also logged as a 2 day delivery) the seller contacted the carrier 2 days after they had received it, and was told they would sort this, two and a half weeks later and many contacts to the carrier it was decided the package must be lost and the seller decided to refunded the money.
