- i***t (40)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseEhen this laptop arrived the box was wide open and completely wrecked but that could be the fault of the postal service. If this wasn’t a ruggedized model that’s designed to tolerate rough handling I don’t think it would have arrived in one piece. The seller advertised its condition as “like new,” but after booting it up I discovered the touch pad was inoperable. I don’t know if it’s impossible to fix, but new drivers didn’t help. Also, did not include a charger.
