    The item was as described. However, the seller cheaped out on the packing material and the item suffered a couple of cracks during shipping. Fortunately, I was replacing a non-working item of the same make and model and was able to swap out the cracked face. Shipping cost was very reasonable and the item works. I just wish a little more care was taken when packing for shipment.

    The package was well wrapped when it came in, the whole unit was as described unfortunately only the air pump was the correct thing for my bed but that was my fault for not checking both lot/serial numbers so I was fine with it.
