The purse was also packahed very sloppy and just thrown in a bag. The item was mangled! Horrible! The seller would not make the transaction right and wasted my time. They are rude and uncooperative. As for the item while I did refuse to give you a “significant partial refund” I did offer to accept a return on the item if it was sent in the same condition as I shipped. That offer does still stand. If item was somehow damaged while I transport please reach out to me with dated photos and I can make it right through insurance claim as well.
