    Thk u for the communication & the apology for not letting me know the steps you were taking.I understand & acknowledge that shipping is out of a seller s control. A suggestion as a 4 decade marketeer-send a weekly customer communication as the USPS bounced this item around the US to inform and assure.I will upgrade the seller communication but to upgrade the shipping time would be telling a falsehood. eBay needs to redesign seller ratings so they do not reflect seller outofcontrol situations
