""" The Growth Paradox is truly one of the most engaging, powerful books on entrepreneurship, life, and purpose that I have read . . . It is personal, emotional, and practical, and goes well beyond the 'how to' or war stories of most entrepreneurship books."" -- Al Danto, Senior Lecturer of Management, Entrepreneurship, Rice University Jones Graduate School of Business ""Jacky Fischer's stories and insights were relatable and inspiring, and the practical advice provided a road map for navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship. If you're an entrepreneur or thinking about starting your own business, this book is a must-read."" -- Nancy Almodovar, CEO, Nan and Company Properties ""This book is exactly what every business owner needs to hear to get over the three-million-dollar hump."" -- Tarin Williger, President, Quality Cable Installers LLC ""Not only a road map in building a successful business (and team), but also exemplifies a 'keep it real' philosophy . . . I would recommend The Growth Paradox to both new business owners as well as veterans who are struggling to achieve the type of success they deserve and want out of life."" -- Troy Elmore, President, Impassioned Sales Solutions, LLC ""Teeming with insights, this remarkable book shows how you can infuse passion into all facets of your business. Synopsis
Award-winning CEO Jacky Fischer presents her signature management method to help small businesses scale up by avoiding the most common and destructive pitfalls. If you hold on too tightly as a leader--to your people, to everyday decision-making, to the past--you will cut off vital oxygen necessary for growth. The solution: Stop being a control freak and instead empower your employees, get out of your own way, and establish a clear vision for the future. In other words: Let go to help your business grow . Embrace the growth paradox to get unstuck and grow your company to the next level. By leaning into some key, counterintuitive business ideas, you'll make space for changes that will lead to nonlinear growth. In this uniquely insightful guide, you'll learn why: Holding people accountable doesn't work Helping employees often hurts performance Giving up power and control can increase growth Focusing on money can reduce profits Introducing big ideas can derail your progress What's more, Fisher shares lessons she learned from growing a small family business into an organization with annual revenue topping $40 million--as well as practical tools for taking stock of where you are and charting an actionable plan so that you can create hypergrowth in your business.

I've ordered from Rarewaves here in the US and the UK multiple times, and continue to do so. They always seem to have something I can't find anywhere else at all or for a reasonable price. When I purchase used items, they are as described, if not a grade better. Aways a quick turnaround after ordering, every item arrives promptly, professionally packaged. Many orders have free shipping, even for solitary item orders. I never needed a reason to communicate, as I've had no cause. Recommended.

A wonderful ebay seller! My item arrived on time and was well packaged for its trip through the mail. The item I received was in the exact condition as in the listing. The price was perfect, including shipping. The seller was very communicative when I had a few questions. You can't go wrong ordering from rarewaves-usa!

Item arrived still wrapped as advertised but it must have taken some damage in transit since it arrived with a couple cracks and a small chunk of the frame of the case had completely detached. BUT the discs were still undamaged so I messaged the seller to tell them I was still going to keep the item I just wanted to let them know about the issue and they messaged me back and offered me 20% off the order to make up for the inconvenience. Great seller. Would purchase from them again.
