    Item arrived as described and packaged thoughtfully and thoroughly. I was expecting the power supply to be included as part of the base, but it was not. Seller offered to order replacement up from Amazon but I can get a factory direct one for less. I confirmed the base and wheel works properly after a solid session of racing and feels great, so even though I'd prefer to have the power supply included and would have adjusted my offer accordingly, I'm happy with the purchase and seller.

    I purchased a genie lift which is a very large item that could easily be damaged in shipping. The seller did an excellent job of carefully wrapping and packaging the machine, including disassembling parts where possible and even boxing those separately. Everything arrived perfectly and the machine was even better than advertised. It is basically like new from the factory. I would definitely purchase more items in the future without hesitation.
