Je dirais qu'au delà même de son sérieux, de sa disponibilité et de son professionalisme, il est très ouvert à la discussion et les échanges n'en sont que plus agréables. Pour les colis aussi, tout est super bien protégé, papiers bulles deux épaisseurs, double couche carton, impossible que le colis arrive endommagé ! Bref que du positif et je conseille à tous le monde de commander les yeux fermés sur sa boutique. A très bientôt !

What really warmed my heart is, they felt they had inconvenienced me so much, that they gave me the first item.
