      BAD EXPERIENCE - Seller advertised a Kwikset Milan door handle set but sent a completely different Schlage set (pictured). I opened a return. Seller begged me to close return with a promise to send correct item the following day. I (foolishly) agreed and seller went silent. No replacement, no return, no refund. I now see seller has done this before. I had to contact Ebay to intervene. Disregard anything this seller says. Better yet, avoid altogether. Absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable.

      We are truly disappointed with this buyer’s dishonesty. The customer claimed that the item received was incorrect, and we immediately sent a replacement at our own expense, including a prepaid return label for the original item. The buyer never returned it and kept both items, even though neither had any issue. Now they are leaving us a negative review after keeping two products for the price of one. This kind of behavior is unfair and unacceptable.

      Bad experience. Pics in listing were from another seller’s listing that sold in the previous month (see screen shot). Shoes received were not the shoes in the photos. Insoles were not in the shoes but rock guards were (see pic). This was not photographed or described in the listing. Shipping label was created next business day but package was not dropped at USPS for an additional 3 days. Seller wanted shoes to be mailed to another party instead of her which isn’t the eBay return policy.
