    Terrible experience! Do not purchase from this seller. Remote is written in Chinese. No instructions. Took a month to be delivered and they refused to cancel before delivery. Not as advertised in that it offers no muffler for noisy neighbors. Only sounds like a gun going off every few seconds and it’s louder in my unit than the actual neighbor. Scares me and my dog to death. Seller told me to sell on eBay if I didn’t like the item. How does eBay stand behind sellers like this?
