I suggest cutting the vegetables and fruits into smaller pieces so nothing is more than 1 or 2 inches wide and never push the vegetables into the machine but let the machine gradually grate the fruits and vegetables so your "force" is minimal. Made a great tasting drink. And you can put an full size glass under the spout. Good transaction. Was delivered on time and in new condition.
