Was sold an item listed as “new” - but it had 2 broken bolts, 2 broken foams for bars, and 4 attachment strings missing. Been trying to respectfully resolve this with the seller for weeks. When I requested a return they sent me a FAKE postage label. Eventually settled at a partial refund which won’t cover even half of the issues with this item! I just accepted the partial refund because it’s wasted enough of my time now. What was offered was unreasonable.
