It was definitely new and still sealed in the original packaging. However, after opening it, I discovered the cube was defective due to RUST in the battery terminals. I reached out to the seller via private message AND sent an email to the address they provided and never once received a reply about the issue. Since then, I have returned the item to the seller and I still haven’t heard from them.
